On the right menu of the Course Section Information page, there is a Video Recording feature that allows administrators to upload video files. These videos will be uploaded into the course section to allow learners to view the video when launching the module. 

Go to Course Section Browser

• Find a Course Section you want to add a video for 
• Click on the Course Section ID
• On the Course Section Information Page, there is a Video Recording widget on the right side to upload a video
  
• Click on Choose File and select the video file, and click Upload
• A progress bar will indicate the upload progress and status
  
• Once uploaded the video will appear in the Video Recording widget
  
  Note: 
  It will take a few minutes for the video to actually display properly as it is prepared for web use. Be patient as you will see a loading message while the video is transcoding. As soon as the video is ready, it will update automatically and display the video
  
  
• The ability to replace and remove the current video is also available
