Courses that will be utilizing the Journal PDF component feature will need to be set up with the following configurations in order to ensure the desired course interactions will display in the PDF. 

• The Journal PDF course component will need to be last course component within the program (but before the evaluation).
• Each course component within the Program will need a Course Code and will need to be assigned to a Topic

The course developer will need to ensure that:

• the SCORM course is set up to provide interaction data to the LMS
• the SCORM course is using the SCORM elements as specified:
  • cmi.interactions.x.description = question text
  • cmi.interactions.x.learner_response = learner response

Add the Course Codes to the Journal Course:

• Navigate to the Course Information page by clicking the appropriate Course ID
• Go to the Content Editor tab
• Under the Course Codes field, enter in the course codes, separated by a comma
  
  Note: The Journal Question order is determined by the order of the Course Codes value for the Journal component
  
  

After the user passes/completes the course, the course is placed into review mode. In order for the learner to submit new/updated responses the course vendor should be setting the cmi.core.exit value to normal so that when the learner launches the course again, they begin a new SCORM attempt
