Private Catalogs can be created for drop-in courses. These catalogs are accessed using a private URL an are password protected. 

To set up a Private Catalog:

• Navigate to the Catalogs page from the Administrator portal and select Create Catalog
• Enter in the Catalog information and select Create
• On the Catalog Information page, you will have the option to set a URL slug and a password
  
  The URL slug is used in the URL to access the catalog.
  
  If a password is set, users will be prompted to enter in the password in order to access the private catalog URL.
