Once an Email Template is created, you can attach it to a Program or Course.

  • Use Browse Programs/Browse Course to locate the Program and select the Program ID/Course ID.
  • Select the Program Emails/Course Emails tab. This page will list the automated emails that are available for the Program/Course.

  • Select the box(es) to activate each type of email.
  • Use the drop down lists to select the Email Template to be used


  • Select Update Information to complete the process.


For Programs/Courses where an application is required (if the Application Required is set to Yes on the Program/Course Information page), the Application emails will become available in the Program Emails.



To Manually Test Emails for Courses (this can be utilized for testing purposes):

  • Select the Section tab from the Course Information page
  • Select Send Email next to the desired Section

Note: Currently, Registration Emails are the only emails that are set up for courses.



To Manually Test Emails for Programs:

  • Navigate to the Program Information page
  • Scroll down the Program Sections section
  • Select Send Email for the desired email and program section
