Once an Email Template is created, you can attach it to a Program or Course.
- Use Browse Programs/Browse Course to locate the Program and select the Program ID/Course ID.
- Select the Program Emails/Course Emails tab. This page will list the automated emails that are available for the Program/Course.
For Programs:
For Courses:
- Select the box(es) to activate each type of email.
- Use the drop down lists to select the Email Template to be used
- Select Update Information to complete the process.
For Programs/Courses where an application is required (if the Application Required is set to Yes on the Program/Course Information page), the Application emails will become available in the Program Emails.
To Manually Test Emails for Courses (this can be utilized for testing purposes):
- Select the Section tab from the Course Information page
- Select Send Email next to the desired Section
Note: Currently, Registration Emails are the only emails that are set up for courses.
To Manually Test Emails for Programs:
- Navigate to the Program Information page
- Scroll down the Program Sections section
- Select Send Email for the desired email and program section
