To Clone a Program, you will need to navigate to the Program Information screen for the Program you'd like to clone. 

Note: Program Sections and Program Courses for the cloned Program will be cloned as well.

• On the Program Information screen, select the Clone Program feature.
  
  

• Select OK when a prompt is displayed, to confirm the cloning of the Program.
• The Program Information that appears on the screen will be for the cloned Program that has been created. 
• Review and adjust the Program Information, Program Sections, and Program Courses if required.
  
  
  
  
• Scroll down, and select Update Information to save the Program Information.
