In order to enable discussions for a program, a program requires 2 settings:

  1. The Program Grouping that a program belongs in should have forums enabled in its settings.
  2. The Program settings should enable the Discussion tab.


1. To enable forums for a program grouping

  • Click Programs > Programs Grouping Browser
  • Find the Program Grouping to enable forums for and click the ID or Group Name
  • On the Program Group Information click Edit Information
  • Change the Enable Forum drop-down to YesĀ then click Update Information.

2. To enable the Discussion tab for a Program

  • Click on Programs > Browse Programs
  • Find the Program to enable the Discussion tab for and click the ID
  • On the Program Information page, click Edit Information
  • Add "Discussions" to the TabsĀ field as shown below and click Update Information:


Now upon viewing the Program in the Learning Center, you should see a "Discussions" tab and have access to the program forum when clicking it.
