Programs -> Browse Programs -> Select Program ID

On this screen, please verify that the following are correct:

• Program Name
  • This is the name that will appear on the certificate of completion and at the top of the online Program for the students
• Course Section Registration Type
  • All: For programs that have only one Program Section
  • Based on program section: For programs that have multiple Program Sections
• Prerequisites
  • All program prerequisites should be listed here
• Start Date
  • The date that the students will be given online access to the program
• End Date
  • The student will have access to the program for one month after this date
• Start Time
  • The time that the students will be given online access to the program
• End Time
  • The student will have access to the program for one month based on the date and time
• Price
  • This is the price that the user will be charged at check out. The early registration discount is set up as a Discount and will be verified later.
• Program Sections area
  • This area allows you to view the Program Sections associated with this program. You can select the Program Section ID to view the Program Section Information screen or go through the left menu options. The description for this screen is below under the heading “Verify the information on the Program Sections Information screen”
  • Select the Send Email links beside the Program Sections to have the different program emails sent to your email address. The emails will be sent to the email address associated with your account login.
• Program Courses area
  • This area shows all of the course components associated with this program. They will be listed on the Course Components tab in the same order as they are shown in this area. You can select the Course Title to view additional information about each Course.
