For users who would like to access program certificates give them the following directions:

• Go to the URL: https://dukeim.learningcenter.com
• On the Log In Screen that appears, enter the email address and password that was used when the user registered in the system.
• If the user does not remember the password, have them enter the email address in the Forget your password? field and select Send Email. They will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
• After the user is logged into the system, they will see the My Courses screen.
• At the bottom of the My Courses screen is a Completed section. All programs that the user has completed successfully will be listed in this section.
• To access the certificate for a program, select the View Certificate button for that program. Some programs have multiple certificates so the user will need to select each View Certificate button to view all of the certificates.
• After the user selects the View Certificate button, the certificate will appear in a new window.
• From the certificate window the user can select the Print Certificate button to print the certificate or the Download to PDF button to save it to the user’s computer.
• Select the Close button to return to the Learning Center.
