For Program Manager Users:
To look up a user’s certificate of completion, select the Browse Certifications option under the Certificates section on the left menu.
- To narrow search selections, choose Not Grouped (which shows all documents), Required Courses, Required Course Section, Required Program, Required Program Section, Required Catalog, Required Certificate or User Group from the drop-down menu to select your search category. Once a category is selected, choose a specific option from the right-hand drop-down menu.
- You can also search by Certificate ID, Certificate Name, User ID, Username, Last Name, First Name, or Email Address. Enter search criteria in the text field and check the Partial Match box if you are unsure of the exact name of the item.
- You can select a date range for the date that the certificate was issued
- After you enter you search criteria, select the Apply Filters button to view the search results
Select View to access the certificate for a specific user. After you select View, you can either save or view the certificate in PDF format. If you would like to email the certificate to a user, you will need to save the appropriate certificate and then attach it to the email for the user.
