For Program Manager Users:
The Actions tab of the Registration Browser allows you to change the status of multiple course registrations at the same time. You should narrow down the course registrations using the filter options on the Filters tab before going to the Actions tab.
From the main Registration Browser screen, select the Actions tab.
- To modify the status of registrations, select the Edit Status option from the drop-down menu.
- Select a New status from the drop-down menu. These include Not Attempted, Browsed, Incomplete, Complete, Passed, and Failed.
- Enter a Score (if applicable)
- Enter a Completion Date in the field (dd/mm/yyyy)
- Check the box at the top of the column to have all of the registrations selected or select the check boxes beside specific registrations
- Select the Review and Confirm button to save the changes.
- On the screen that appears, select Perform to complete the change in status.
- On the confirmation screen that appears, select Done to complete the change and return to the Filters tab.
