For Program Manager Users:
In this area you can associate courses with a program, set the release date of a course, change the location of a course on the Course Components tab, and remove the course from the program.
To associate a course with the program, enter either the course title or course ID into the text box, select the appropriate course from the drop-down list that appears, and then select the Add Course button. The course will now appear on the list of program courses.
To move a course into a different position on the program’s Course Components tab, select the up or down options in the course row until the courses are in the correct order. You can remove a course from the program’s Course Components tab by selecting remove and selecting OK in the pop-up confirmation screen. The course will no longer be associated with the program, but it will not be deleted from the system.
To set a specific date when the course should be available to users, select the Set Release Date link in the Release Date column. Enter the appropriate start date in the format dd/mm/yyyy or select the calendar icon and select the appropriate date using the calendar. The course on the Course Components tab will not be accessible to the user until the Release Date. If there is no Release Date set, users will have access to the course after the program start date.
