For Program Managers and Instructor Users:


Course Sections will be created for Courses that require attendance records. Courses that do not need attendance taken will not have Course Sections associated with them.


To browse course sections, select the Browse Course Sections option under the Courses section on the left menu.

  • To narrow search selections, select Course or Program from the first drop-down menu and then select the appropriate course name or program name from the right drop-down menu that will appear.


  • You can narrow the search results even more by selecting Course Section ID, Course Section Name, Instructor ID, Instructor Name, Location ID, or Location Name. Enter the appropriate search criteria in the text box and select the Partial Match check box if you would like to search for all items that contain the specified text.


  • You can also narrow the search using the Start Date or End Date of the course section, select either Start Date or End Date from the Show All Dates drop-down menu (if you do not know this information leave the drop-down menu with Show All Dates). You can either enter a date in the fields (dd/mm/yyyy) or select the calendar icon  beside the date fields and select the appropriate date using the calendar.


  • Select the Apply Filters button to search based on the criteria you entered
  • Select a Course Section ID in the table to view the Course Section Information screen.
