For Program Manager Users:
To register a user in a program, locate the user on the User Browser screen and select the User ID to view the user’s User Information screen. From the User Information screen, select the Transcript tab at the top of the screen.
Note: Any users who need to pay for the program should be entered using the Create Sale section so that the revenue can be recognized. If a user will be taking the course for free, you should use the Create Sale section and give the user a 100% discount. You should ONLY register a user following the procedure below if the user has already paid for the course either under a PO contract or as a transfer from another version of the program. You can also register instructors and reviewers using this method.
- Select New Registration at the top of the Transcripts tab
- Select View Programs to view a list of programs
- To narrow the list of programs, you can search by Program ID or Program Name and then enter text in the field. Select the Partial Match box if you only enter part of the program name. Select the Apply Filters button to view the search results.
- To register the user:
- If the program only has one program section, select the Register link in the appropriate program row. The user will now be registered in the program section, all courses, and any course sections associated with that program.
- If the program has more than one program section, select Sections link in the appropriate program row. On the screen that appears, select the Register link for the appropriate program section. The user will be enrolled in the program as well as all of the courses and course sections associated with the program.
- The program will now appear on the user’s Transcripts tab
