For Program Manager Users:


The User Information screen displays details about the user (including the registered courses, completed courses, the user’s status, last login date, contact information, etc.). Select Edit Information to make changes to the user’s information.

Select the Transcript tab at the top of the screen to view all programs that this user is enrolled in or has completed.


Note: Please remember that in the Admin tool Duke Courses are called “Programs” and the course components within each program are called “Courses”. Therefore IHCPT Foundation is a “Program” and the course evaluation within IHCPT Foundation is a “Course”.


The User Information/Transcripts screen allows you to:

  • View the user's basic account information (including User ID, username, email address, last login date, and status).
  • Select View Programs (the default) to view all of the user’s registered Duke IM courses. Each program registration includes detailed information about the user’s progress in the program (such as when they registered, when/if they completed the program, and their completion status).

        


  • Select View Transcripts to view all of the Courses (course components) that the user is registered in. Select Clear to clear all of the user data from this course. You can select the Registration ID view the Registration Information screen. From the Registration Information screen, you can modify the Completion Date, Final Score, and Status of a course. Please see the Registration Section for additional details.



  • Select View Certificates to view the Certificates associated with the user. When a user successfully completes certain programs, they will be given a certificate. Some programs have multiple certificates available to users. All of the certificates that the user earns will appear on this screen. From this screen, select View to look at the user’s certificate. On the certificate page that appears, you can print or save the certificate.
