The Invoice Information screen shows all of the invoice details. This screen will appear after you select either the Invoice ID or Invoice Code from the Sales Items Browser screen.
There are three sections on this page:
- Invoice Information: This section lists the Invoice ID, Invoice, Code, Invoice Date, Guest User, Subtotal, Amount Paid, Amount Due, Payment Status, Sale Type, Sale Memo, and Transaction Person.
- Invoice Items: This sections shows how the sale is applied to the Cost Center and GL Account.
- Invoice Payments: This section shows the payment date, method of payment, amount, balance, payment status, and amount due.
