To view all processed sales invoices, select Sale Items Browser under the Sales 0section on the left menu. This browser allows you to view all of the sales invoices that have been submitted in the Duke IM Learning Center both through the Administration Tool and the online Learning Center. This report shows the following columns: Invoice ID, Invoice Code, Item, Name, Username, Item Price, Item Discount, Item Total, Invoice Total, Amount Paid, Invoice Date, Invoice Status, Sale Type, Payment Type, Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, and Transaction By
To narrow the list of sales invoices:
- You may also choose to search by the Invoice ID, Invoice Code, Item, Transaction By, User ID, Username, Last Name, First Name, or Email Address. After you choose an option from the drop-down menu, type in the search criteria in the text field. Check the Partial Match box if you are unsure of the exact name of the item.
- From the next drop-down menu, you can select Not Grouped (will not limit the search results), Invoice Status, Payment Type, or Sale Type.
- Invoice Status: If you select Invoice Status, you can select either Paid, Partial, Declined, or Voided in the right drop-down menu.
- Payment Type: If you select Payment Type, you can select either Show All, Cash, Credit Card, or Gift Card in the right drop-down menu.
Sale Type: If you select Sale Type, you can either select In Person, Internet, Online, or Telephone in the right drop-down menu.
- Invoice Status: If you select Invoice Status, you can select either Paid, Partial, Declined, or Voided in the right drop-down menu.
- You can also search for an Invoice Date between a specified date range. You can either enter a date in the fields (dd/mm/yyyy) or select the calendar icon beside the date fields and select the appropriate date using the calendar.
- Select the Apply Filters button to view the search results.
To view the details of an Invoice, select the Invoice ID from the Sales Items Browser screen to view the Invoice Information screen.
