The Apply Financial Aid button will only appear if the user has an approved Financial Aid form for a specific program that you have added as a sale item. If the Financial Aid form is rejected or has not been reviewed this button will not appear.

• To apply the Financial Aid to the sale, select the Apply Financial Aid button
• On the Approved Financial Aid screen, select Apply Aid.            
• The approved financial assistance amount will be deducted from the program price.
