In this section, you can create a sale for an existing user (already set up in the system) or a new user. You will want to ask the user if they have ever purchased a course from Duke IM before. If they have purchased a course in the past few years then they should be an existing user. If they are certain that they have never made a previous purchase then you can create an account for them using the New User option.

Note: If a user’s email address is already in the system associated with a user account, you will receive a message when you select Continue at the bottom of the page. At that point, you will need to change the user information from New User to Existing User
