Depending on your administrative rights, you can edit or view the following:
On the Program Information screen, you can view the Program details associated with the program. To make changes, select Edit Information. To save changes select the Update Information button.
You can view/edit the following program information:
- Program Name: The Program Name should indicate the time period that the program is being offered. For example, Fall 2016
- Program Grouping: Select the correct grouping from the drop-down menu
- Program Type: The template the Program will apply to the Program's design and layout
- topics: This template will apply the program design which incorporates the Program Topics in the 'cards' layout. This was originally designed for the DHWCT program.
Note: The topics template is only Program Type that is currently available in the drop-down list. Additional templates will be added in the near future.

- Course Section Registration Type: Select All if there is only one program section available. If there are multiple program sections available, select Based on program section.
- Prerequisite Program Grouping: Check the box beside all programs that the user must complete before they can register for this program
- Start Date: Enter the program start date.
- End Date: Enter the program end date
- Certificates: Enter the Certificate name that you would like to displayed on the right side of the Program Overview page. This does not need to be the exact name of the program's certificate.
- Credit fields: You can enter in the appropriate credit information for the program into the following fields from the Certificate Details tab.
Note: If the program will be issuing more than one CEU credit type, a new certificate template will need to be created in order to support multiple CEU certificates. Please send this request to dukesupport@learning.net..
These fields will be used to complete the credit information for the program’s certificates of completion:
Rule of thumb: Be sure hours are added to the attendance page (Course Section Information page) if the program is using any of the below certificates:

For example:
- Price: This is the price that the user will be charged for this program
- Purchasable: Select Yes to allow users to purchase the program or Select No if users should not be able to purchase the program. If this is set to No, the program will not be available for purchase either online or through the Admin Create Sales function.
- Cost Center: This is the cost center that will be associated with the purchase of the program.
- Enter MBSR for the following programs: MBSR, MBSR Distance, Mindfulness Training For Professionals, and Advanced Mindfulness
- Enter Programs for all other programs
- Application Required: If an application is required, select Yes from the drop-down menu. The default is No.
- Application Start Date: Enter the date when the application should be made available to users if applicable
- Application End Date: Enter the date when the application should stop being available to users if applicable
- Show Program Sections: Check this box if there is more than one program section for this program that the users should be able to view when they purchase the program.
- Award Duke Certificate Manually: Check this box if you would like an administrator or instructor to manually give a certificate of completion for this program. Check the box for the programs “Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors” and “Yoga for Cancer Awareness”. All other programs give the certificates based on program completion requirements.
