To look up user information, select the Browse Users option under the Users section on the left menu.

• To narrow search selections, select Group, Program, Program Section, Course, Course Section, or Certificate from the drop-down menu

• Once a category is selected, choose a specific item from the right drop-down menu. 

• From the next drop-down menu, you can select User ID, Username, Last Name, First Name, Email Address, or Permission Set. Check the Partial Match box if you would like to search by only a part of the user information.

• From the Status drop-down menu, you can select Not Disabled, Show All, Inactive, Active, Frozen, or Disabled.

• After you have entered all the search criteria, select the Apply Filters button.
• Select the User ID to view the User Information screen.
