This will be the Duke IM Course with all of the specific program details. Each time a Duke IM Course is given a new program will be created. For example, “IHCPT: Certification Course (Cohort 12)” would be a program. For the next cohort a new program would be created titled “IHCPT: Certification Course (Cohort 13)”. Both programs would share the same Program Grouping, but the dates and registration information would be unique to that specific time frame of the Duke IM Course offering. You would go to the Program Information page to update the following information:
- Program Name
- Course Section Registration Type to indicate if there is more than one Program Section for registration
- Prerequisite Programs
- Course Completion Credit information that will appear on the Certificates
- Price
- Whether the course should be purchasable
- Cost Center
- If an application is required
- Application Start Date
- Application End Date
- Award a program certificate manually which allows an instructor to award a certificate without the user having to complete specific requirements
