For Accounting Users
From the left menu of the Administration Tool, you can access the following options:
- Users: Allows you to browse, create, and edit users in the system. You can view and change user information, add new users and view a user’s transcripts.
- Programs: Allows you to browse Programs (Duke Courses). You will be able to view the details about each Program.
- Sales: Allows you to create a sale and browse for existing sale items. The following reports are located in this section: GL Accounts, Revenue Browser, and SAP Report. You can also create and browse for discounts.
- Cancellations: Allows you to view submitted Cancellation Request forms and process a refund for them.
For Program Manager Users
From the left menu of the Administration Tool, you can access the following options:
- Users: Allows you to browse, create, and edit users in the system. You can view and change user information, add new users and view a user’s transcripts. You can also register or unregister a user in a program.
- Courses: Allows you to browse both classroom and self-study course components as well as course sections associated with course components. Although they are called “Courses” these are actually components located within a Program (Duke Course).
- Programs: Allows you to browse Programs (Duke Courses) and Program Sections. You will be able to view the details about each Program and Program Section. Each time a course is given a new Program and a Program Section are created.
- Registrations: Allows you to browse and view course registrations. You can also view details about specific course registrations including registration and completion dates, date of last attendance, scores, and completion status. This screen will show the course components associated with a program instead of the actual programs.
- Certificates: Allows you to view Certificates associated with programs
- Locations: Allows you to view and create new locations
- Sales: Allows you to create a sale, void a sale, create a PO Contract, and browse for existing sale items.
- Applications: Allows you to view submitted applications and approve or reject them.
- Cancellations: Allows you to view submitted Cancellation Request forms.
- Programs Financial Aids: Allows you to view all of the submitted financial aid forms and either approve or reject them.
For Instructor Users
From the left menu of the Administration Tool, you can access the following options:
- Courses: Although they are called “Courses” these are actually components located within a Program (Duke Course).
